Ollanik Law is a small, highly selective law firm working on a small number of important cases, often collaborating with other lawyers.  Stuart Ollanik’s work over the past 20 years has emphasized family safety and security.  Mr. Ollanik practiced in a larger firm for 20 years with top-quality attorneys (all of whom were selected by their peers as “SuperLawyers” every year this honor was awarded).   In 2011, he formed Ollanik Law to focus on a small number of high quality cases on behalf of individuals and families injured by the wrongdoing of others.

Family Safety and Security:
Most of Stuart Ollanik’s work in his 25+ years of practice has been on behalf of families and individuals harmed by the wrongdoing of others.

Collaboration:
Ollanik Law often works in collaboration with other attorneys, either local counsel, former law partners, or other counsel with specialized knowledge and skill.  This collaboration is at no additional cost to the client.  Fees are divided so that the most effective team for the project can be assembled.  Sometimes local counsel brings these cases to us.  Other times, we bring in lawyers with particular areas of expertise.  Sometimes, we are hired by other lawyers to play a particular role in their cases, such as case screening, investigation, pretrial discovery, motions, or appeals.  The goal is always to staff the case with a team custom-built to try to maximize the result for the client.
