Areas of practice:   While we are open to new types of cases, we have had extensive experience and success in:

• Product safety, particularly auto safety defects
• Truck crashes and car crashes resulting in catastrophic injuries
• Representing clients with severe injuries such as traumatic brain injury and paralysis, or death of a loved one.

Your case matters:  We represent a small number of clients at a time, and each gets our full, personal attention.  One of the joys of practicing law is getting to meet and work with wonderful people, including inspirational clients, and helping them deal with difficult and often tragic situations.

Ollanik Law collaborates with other lawyers with specialized knowledge and skill, at no additional cost to the clients.  We assemble the right team for each case. Sometimes local counsel bring us into a case because of our expertise.  Other times we bring in lawyers with experience in a certain kind of case. Sometimes we are hired by other lawyers to play a specific role in their case, such as pretrial discovery, motions work, trial, or appeal.  The goal is always the same:  staff the case with a team custom-built to get the best result for the client. 

Stuart Ollanik has been practicing law since graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984.  He has frequently been recognized by inclusion in Best Lawyers, SuperLawyers and other publications.  His work has been published in many books and magazines and he frequently speaks as seminars, teaching fellow lawyers.  His work has been profiled in the books  Beyond the Big Firm – Profiles of Lawyers Who Want Something More, Morrison and Chen (Aspen Publishers 2007), and Blocking the Courthouse Door, Mencimer (Free Press 2006).
